Disclaimer: Before performing any pre-trip inspection, it is mandatory to review the DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) from the previous driver. This step ensures the vehicle is safe to operate and not marked as out of service.

If the DVIR indicates the vehicle is out of service, do not operate the vehicle. Instead, request an alternate vehicle immediately.

While the digital age has streamlined processes, this critical step must not be overlooked. Failure to adhere to this requirement may compromise safety and violate company policies. Drivers are expected to make this review a standard part of their pre-trip inspection process.

Your attention to this detail helps maintain a safe and compliant working environment for everyone.
